Earlier this week, while I was in trial for a DUI charge, Elizabeth Mullins successfully got me a plea deal that reduced the charge to reckless driving. I am so thankful and relieved, what a great outcome. I highly recommend her if you get into a similar situation. I also appreciated the flat fee structure – it was so helpful to know what my defense costs were going to be. She was wonderful in preparing me along the way, managing my expectations, and in trial. If the prosecution hadn’t offered the plea during trial, I’m pretty confident the outcome would have gone my way too, but thankfully we did get the plea offer. I’m sure the prosecution offered it at least in part because Elizabeth was devastating their case.
