I was represented by Elizabeth Mullins and facing 5 misdemeanors. She worked her tail off and was able to get all of my charges dropped! She was highly professional, dedicated, and caring. It was obvious that she wasn't just an attorney, but she was somebody who actually cared about the outcome of my case. I wanted to sign a plea , and Ms. Mullins advised me not to because she felt I was being charged unfairly and without proper evidence. I'm glad I took that advice and because of Elizabeth Mullins all my charges were dropped! I would recommend this firm to anyone that wants to win their case and wants an attorney who truly cares!

Elizabeth Mullins is an exception to the legal profession. Having had experience with large law firms in several states, it can become frustrating and costly. Not the case here. Elizabeth stayed in contact with updated information and truly cared about us. In the courtroom, I wouldn't want anyone else. I never thought I'd be in need of an attorney, let alone for my 13 year old! Unfortunately, that's just what we were facing. Without going into details, we were in desperate need of an attorney and found this law firm. Thank God!!! They're amazing! They're on point, at all times! They're personable and caring. The money spent was not cheap for our case but well worth it! They defended my son and also took the time to redirect his attention to more positive things! They always took my calls, they always called prior to a court date to remind us. I recently used Elizabeth Mullins for my case that was tried in Tempe and dismissed. I was very impressed with her skills and her team. The day I showed up to court, she was there early and prompt. She was cool, calm, and collected which helped me feel at ease. She had many case studies to back up my case, and she was organized with all of my filings. Her and her team had really put forth the effort and done their homework. She took care of me and told me the step by step process on how everything was going to go. She met with me many times before our court date whenever something new had developed with my case. If I had any questions, comments, concerns, she would write or call me back by the end of the day if I had missed her. She made me feel at ease and really helped me out. If I ever needed a lawyer again, she would be the first lawyer I would call.

Earlier this week, while I was in trial for a DUI charge, Elizabeth Mullins successfully got me a plea deal that reduced the charge to reckless driving. I am so thankful and relieved, what a great outcome. I highly recommend her if you get into a similar situation. I also appreciated the flat fee structure - it was so helpful to know what my defense costs were going to be. She was wonderful in preparing me along the way, managing my expectations, and in trial. If the prosecution hadn't offered the plea during trial, I'm pretty confident the outcome would have gone my way too, but thankfully we did get the plea offer. I'm sure the prosecution offered it at least in part because Elizabeth was devastating their case.

Attorney Elizabeth Mullins is meticulous, concise and incredibly intelligent. She is a Board Certified Criminal specialist. She made sure to use the EVIDENCE, empirical knowledge to my favor. The public defender I was assigned used fear, threats and false information to pressure me to "hurry up and sign" a plea agreement before he even listened to my side of the story. Navigating through this county's court system has also proved to be an intimidating trial. Well worth the cost. Elizabeth Mullins does great work. She turned an almost certain 10 year prison sentence into a 1 year sentence (of which I did 5 months). I had hired another firm for $5000 and they forgot I was a client for 10 months and then told me I would get 10 years. I fired them and hired Elizabeth. Elizabeth responded to all my emails and phone calls in a prompt manner and stood by me the entire time. I highly recommend her.

I met Elizabeth Mullins after the worst night of my life. I was stopped by police driving 69mph in a 35mph zone. Worst of all, 9 year old son is a passenger. Slurred speech and slow reactions are captured on multiple police officer body-cam videos. Also captured on multiple videos are embarrassing and complete failures of all field sobriety tests. Blood alcohol test at station eventually comes back at more than 70% over the legal limit. The night ends with multiple felony charges for DUI. Then comes Elizabeth Mullins, a mercenary who is retained to help even the battlefield in an otherwise un-winnable series of fights. And she prepares a plan of war that will end in the best possible result for my seemingly helpless situation.
Results. My felony charges are reduced to a single misdemeanor. Zero time in jail and a short period of unsupervised probation. Boom. Elizabeth Mullins takes my impossible case, and somehow in the end even has the presiding Judge (herself a former prosecutor) commenting that she cannot believe what a favorable plea offer I received! I always had a sense of calm come over me when you walked into that courtroom. I knew you would not let anything horrible happen to me, despite myself. This is my sincere thank you! And if I ever see you again, I hope it will be as a friend and not my brutally honest lawyer!
